A nutritionist has shared the kitchen gadget she swears by to keep her butter soft, fresh and spreadable – and it’s all thanks to the butter bell.
Brisbane resident, Jacqui Toumbas, sits the butter bell on her counter to use daily and says it is a must-have kitchen essential if you love ‘real butter’.
The gadget is practical and easy to use, with Jacqui simply unwrapping a butter block and filling the bell.
‘Make sure your butter is softened,’ she added.

She continues to fill the bell making sure it is packed in well and that there are no visible air bubbles. She says to ‘never fill it with hard or melted butter’.

‘That’s it now I have spreadable butter that can last up to a month’ the nutritionist said.
