Texas Supreme Court justices grilled the state on its argument that plaintiffs in a state House of Representatives redistricting lawsuit have no standing to sue.
Oral argument was held Wednesday in MALC v. Abbott, a case that alleges the Texas Legislature, in a special session, violated the whole county line rule in Cameron County as it relates to Texas House of Representatives districts.
